I know how to do that. I just need the activation key for the new workstation.
What exactly are you referring to when you say the 'new workstation'? If you are just installing a Protect console you should be able to use the same license key that you already have.
Otherwise you should get in touch with our sales team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get a hold of a license key.
I was in contact with Sarah Monzel in sales about getting the key. She said to contact you to help me.
We installed a new workstation in between license renewals. Our workstations are offline only. The old license was already expired. I had to install a trial license in the new machine in able to use it. When I try to install the old license in the new machine, it causes Shavlik to crash.
I contacted support via phone and resolved the issue.
