Do you connect through a proxy? You may just need to set proxy credentials in Protect under Tools > Options > Proxy, or for agents within the agent policy > General Settings > Network > Internet proxy credentials.
Thanks for the quick response. I found out we don't need to set proxy credentials. Also there is no agent policy. If there was then it should have affected the other domain credential as well. I also checked the patch repository security settings and I'm part of the Admin group so have full rights. Repository has lots of free disk space too.

Could you provide us the logs from Protect for this? At this point it might be best to create a support case at https://support.shavlik.com/.
It would be best to use the console logging steps in the following document to clear out old logs and reproduce the issue (which will generate new logs).
