    New Solutions Advisor on the Support Portal

      The Shavlik Support Team are pleased to announce that the Solutions Advisor is now live on the portal (support.shavlik.com)  The Shavlik portal enables you to raise a support request, view your support history, create a manual licence activation, and now the Solutions Advisor takes steps to further enhance the online self help facilties for customers.

       

      What is the Solutions Advisor?

      When you raise a new request on the portal you will be presented with a list of our advice on how to resolve your issue or query.

       

      How do I use it?

      You need to be registered for the portal (register here http://support.shavlik.com/Login.aspx?register=true) and then raise a new request.  Further details explaining the process are in this guide: http://community.shavlik.com/docs/DOC-22932
