There is currenlty no built in method to export/import patch groups. I would recommend submitting a feature/change request at http://shavlik.featureidea.com.
You can do the following to export patches that you have in a group to a csv, however, there's no easy way to import this again:
-Open your patch group.
-Click "View in Patch View".
-This will bring all the patches in your patch group into patch view. You can then select all (CTRL+A).
-Right click in selected area, then choose "Export selected patches to CSV".
I hope this helps.

This document outlines the steps, but instead of exporting the list from scan results you can export from the patch group as presented in adamg23's response:
Use List of Patches to Filter Scan Results
At least is there a way to import csv files to vCenter Protect to download patches. You said there is no easy way, I just wanted to know whether it is possible or not?
Is there a way to create a patch group from a CSV or comma delimited list of Bulletin IDs? The Citrix Admin at my shop only wants very specific patches to apply to his 290 Citrix boxes, these patches number over 500, so I was thinking creating a patch group based only on the patches he wants via CSV injection without having to select 500 and some patches manually.
This document outlines how you can filter scans based on a list of Q#'s. You can get the Q#'s from an exported CSV list from Protect, but unfortunately there is not a built in way to directly import the list as a manageable Patch Group. This would give you the same effect, but you would be modifying the txt file that hosts the Q#'s if you needed to manipulate it.
