      We have a user that this patch installation shows as failed in windows update and tries to install it over and over. The fixes from Microsoft have not worked. If anyone has had this issue and found a fix, please post.

          Hi,

           

          Are you using Shavlik Protect or Windows Update to apply the patch? I can try to help you out if you can provide some further details of what is happening with Protect's scan and deploy for this.

            Thanks for the offer but I have not heard from the user since asking them to try a few things. I'm assuming this has been fixed. Thanks again.
