I have this port (3121) open in listening mode in the consol's computer. But the src port of the TARGET machine is another 1.
Anyway I cancelled the firewall in both.
What do you say?
Another question, how do I open a case with support?
I dont see there any option.
When I press "request help" I get an error message
"Your Company LANDesk Support Program is currently .None
This Support Program does not entitle the creation of requests with LANDesk Support
If you believe that the Support Program is incorrect please contact your LANDesk Account Manager. "

The port requirement may not be the only issue, however, it might be best to test the connection of the port using telnet. This doc shows how: http://community.shavlik.com/docs/DOC-22952 (Test connecting on 3121 from the client system to the console system)
Are you using a trial of Protect or do you have an active license? It might be best to call us if you weren't able to open a case on the support site so we can get that cleared up as well.
