attempted to open a ticket last week and this week, have yet to receive any response..
that includes the basic acknowledgement emails.. ??
Yes. Start a new message with a summary title and details of the problem in the message body.

that wasnt my question or concern.. considering i've sent a few to shavlik support already
my concern was no response going on a week..
and my question, is email@example.com still the email address
was hoping a shavlik employee would confirm...

I would suggest you to register on the Support Portal, so you will be able to track all your Incidents, manage them, upload files etc...
Let me know if you have any other question.

You need to register and create an account with Support.shavlik.com. This new portal lets your track your open and existing cases, as well as provides information to similar issues you are working on after you enter your issue.
thats the page am logged into..
just dont see a 'submit a ticket or log or whatever option..
Do you have a "Request Help" button in the upper left like in my screenshot? That's what you click to initiate a support request.
yes but i get this:

It makes sense why you couldn't create a support request. It would be best to give us a call to get this resolved, 800-690-6911.
