From the console, can you complete an agent check in?
Have you checked your port access?
- I had to set mine manually, just allowing the protect agent program did not allow it through the Windows firewall.
Agents are communicating fine, I'm able to update binaries and everything looks healthy.
I found the problem, the account used to sync the distribution server was bad, once I got that account corrected and the distribution server synced, the agents showed the correct patched to apply.
