    Upgrade from 8.0.2 to 9 fails at database wizard

      Trying to upgrade our server from 32bit vCenter Protect 8.0.2 to Shavlik 9 and we get a generic critical error message when it attempts to connect/upgrade the database. The message does not match anything listed on this site.

       

      Tried trimming down the scan results to only 7 days worth, and reindexing the database, but still the same generic error.

       

      Worked briefly with Shavlik Support on Friday, they have all my installation logs, but I never received email confirmation of a case creation and I still have not heard back from them yet.

       

      Anyone else see a similar error when they attempted to upgrade?
