Prevent ignored patches from displaying as "Missing"

    Rookie

I am trying to get specific patches from displaying as "Missing" when we run WUScans. I have gone to the "Patch View" and choose "Ignore" but they still show up as missing?

If I delete them, they are just going to show up again when I do a respository update.

Any way to get these to actually "ignore" a WUScan?

When you choose the "ignore" option this is a custom criticality filter setting. The built in WUscan template will not recognize these.

If you want the "ignore" function to work for your scan you will need to create a custom scan template that has the customer criticality filtering enabled.

Otherwise, I would suggest using a patch group in conjunction with a custom scan template to ignore specific patches.
