    Updating Threat Data


      Any agent I try and update threat data on I'm getting "Agent hasn't responded". Looking on the machine side I see the machine checking in. Any idea what may be causing this?

          When you are trying to update threat data on your agents are you doing so from the console side or the agent side?  If you are doing it from the console side, please make sure you are able to telnet from the console to the agent on port 4155.  If this port isn't accessible from the console then the agent will not receive commands unless they are scheduled tasks in the policy.
