    Automatic Definition Downloads not working


      We are running vCenter Protect Standard 8.0.4027.2 and though the options are set to periodically download new definitions weekly (Thursday) at 4:00 p.m. using the default definition download source, the new definitions do not download.  I need to manually refresh files to get the new definitions.  This has been an on-going issue that I'm just now getting around to inquire about -- it has never worked for us.  Does anybody have any ideas as to what I'm missing or may need to do?
