Just to confirm:
You are expecting to see this patch as Missing after a scan however it is not listed in the results
Can you tell me, what is your OS and Service Pack version?
Are you using one of the Pre-Configured Patch Scan Templates such as the 'Security Patch Scan' or 'WUScan' template?
If you are using a custom patch scan template you created yourself,
Attempt a rescan of the machine in question using one of the Pre-Configured Patch Scan Templates.
Does the Patch Show as missing now ?
Probably best at this stage in this case to open up a ticket with support for this issue.
If you could gather some logs as per the following KB article Below ,
When Reproducing the issue, please ensure you scan just one affected machine and you are using one of the Pre-Configured Patch Scan Templates.
We can take a look at the logs and get back to you.
Hello, sorry for the delay. This issue happens when Office is not installed in the default location. A manual install works.
