I think I might have figured this out. I think I needed to enable the WinRM service via GPO for all the machines in our domain that will need to have the agent installed. Does this sound right?
Yes, this sounds correct. Remote administration needs to be enabled in order for NetChk Protect to successfully deploy to a target machine. You can also do this manually. With Window's advanced firewall, you can simply allow 'WMI-In'. For the simple Window's firewall, you can achieve this by executing the following command line:
'netsh firewall set service RemoteAdmin enable'
