Version 4

    Purpose

The purpose of this document is to discuss how to remove email settings for users in Ivanti Patch for Windows Servers to prevent scheduled, scan-triggered, or deployment-triggered emails from being sent to particular users.

    Overview

    Scheduled Reports

    1. Go to Manage > Scheduled Console Tasks > Reports and double click or select to Edit your desired schedule report.

        2. Unselect unwanted users then click Schedule at the bottom of the screen.

         3. You can also delete or pause/disable the scheduled report.

    Reports triggered by scans

    Reports triggered by deployments

    1. Check the items under steps 1 and 2 of the previous section as emails triggered by deployments can be controlled from the machine properties email settings and machine group email settings in the same way that emails triggered by scan deployments are controlled.

        2. Check the email settings in the Email tab of your deployment template. Look for a specific user in the Recipients column and remove unwanted users for specific reports then save your settings.
