The purpose of this document is to outline how to set a Report to be emailed for a specific machine after a scan or deployment is ran.
In Machine View, select and right click the desired machine that the emailed Report will be generated for and select Machine Properties.
Select the Email tab and there will be two sections; one to select the Reports that are available, and one for the Report recipients. Highlight the Report you would like to set and check the recipient you would like to receive the email. You will now see the users name next to the Report you selected, under the Recipients column.
Reports that are set to be emailed out after a deployment completes will not generates if a patch or machine times out. This document outlines how to force the Report to be emailed out.
