Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline how to set a post-deployment report to be emailed after a deployment completes
Description
Under the Email Tab of the Deployment Template there are two sections; one for the post deployment Reports that are available, and one for the Recipients. Highlight the Report you would like to have sent and check the recipient you would like to receive the email. You will now see the user's name next to the Report you selected, under the Recipients column.
Additional Information
Post deployment reports that are set to be emailed out after a deployment completes will not generates if a patch or machine times out. This document outlines how to force the report to be emailed out.

Deployment Status by Machine
The email notification tab in a deployment template only applies to agentless deployments initiated from the console; it does not apply to tasks started by agents that may also be using the same deployment template.
