You are attempting to use a secure connection with your mail server, but a certificate or TLS connection is incorrectly configured for the mail server.
- Verify that any certificate required for the mail server is configured correctly and that TLS connection is available for the mail server.
- Ensure that the port is set correctly.
- Ensure that credentials provided are valid with the mail server.
A possible workaround is to set up using a mail server which does not require a secure connection.
