Deployments fail with "Zero patches are available and properly signed. No patches were deployed. Please review the program logs to determine the cause."
This error occurs when the XML data is out of date and is unable to pull the correct information for the patches.
To correct this error you will need to update your data files by running a refresh files under Help > Refresh Files.
To avoid this issue in the future you can setup and schedule automatic downloads under Tools > Operations > Downloads
