This document will show your how to collect the System Center Updates Publisher (SCUP) log for support engineer to do the trouble shooting.
You can collect the SCUP.log from this location below:
C:\Users\ABC\AppData\Local\Temp (Replace ABC with your current log on user)
Follow the screen shoot to collect a new set of SCUP.log
1. Choose the update that you wants to publish and right click
2. Choose "Full Content" then click next
3. Click Next
4. Click "View log here" to open the SUCP.log file and save it to your desktop.
5. Send this log to support engineer.
