When attempting to manually install an agent on a machine, you receive the error "File System must be NTFS."
- Ensure your Operating System is using an NTFS file system. This can confirmed by running msinfo32.exe from the run dialog box within Components>Storage>Drives
- Within the agent machines registry, removed any folders and/or keys related to the Protect Agent from:
Note: It is highly recommended that a registry backup be created prior to altering.
- Once the registry entries have been removed, you may run the agent installer again.
